A note about copyright

RAD Graphics respects the copyright of other photographers, photofinishers and creative people regardless of the media in which they work. We therefore have the right to refuse to reproduce an image if we think it is the property of someone other than the person asking us to do the work. If you have purchased images or photos, you should keep the paperwork that you received with those images and show it to us when you are wanting copies made. Copyright currently exists on any photo for at least fifty years after its creation. The copyright on any photograph made before 1948 has expired. RAD Graphics transfers the copyright to our customers upon payment but retains the right to use any photo or image that we have altered substantially or put into a new form (ie digital copies) for our own private or commercial purposes.

You should assume everything you see or read on this site is copyrighted unless otherwise noted. You are free to use the content for non-commercial purposes provided you do not modify it and provided you retain all copyrights and other proprietary notices contained in the content. You require our written consent to copy or display any portion of the content for redistribution to third parties or for commercial purposes.
